DATE: 18th September 2024 - 18th September 2024
TIME: 10.00 am - 2.00 pm
VENUE: Rosebery Avenue Viaduct
TOUR GUIDE/S: Stephen McNeilly, James Wilson
Open House London is the world’s largest architecture festival, giving free public access to 800+ buildings, walks, talks and tours over one weekend in September each year. Swedenborg House has regularly taken part in Open House for the past 20 years, opening its doors to allow the general public to explore its meeting rooms, library spaces and special displays.
On Wednesday 18 September there will be the chance to join a small group for a guided walk of ‘Swedenborg’s London’, from Cold Bath Fields, where Swedenborg lived (and died), to St Paul’s, where Swedenborg’s printers and publishers operated. The walk will be led by the Swedenborg Society’s curator and museum director, Stephen McNeilly, and James Wilson, editor and former librarian of the Swedenborg Society.
The assembly place for the start of the walk at 10.00 am is on Rosebery Avenue viaduct, EC1.
Bookings for the walk are via Open House’s website here:

Places for this walk are limited, please only book (via Open House) if you are sure that you can attend.
